Return and Refund

We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product. Please note that we will only refund the original purchase price of the product, and not the shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

  1. Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, you will need to return the item and place a new order.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide you with a prepaid return label to return the product, and we will send you a replacement once we receive the damaged or defective item.

  1. Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective. We recommend that you use a shipping method that provides a tracking number and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
