3. Shipping Time: The shipping time varies depending on the shipping method selected and the delivery location. Standard shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days, and overnight shipping takes 1 business day. Please note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or carrier delays.
4. Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. During peak periods, order processing times may be longer.
5. Delivery Address: We ship to physical addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
6. Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package.
7. International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States.
8. Minimum and Maximum Time: Our minimum shipping time is 1 business day for overnight shipping, while our maximum shipping time is 7 business days for standard shipping.
9. Order Changes/Cancellation: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. However, you may be able to refuse delivery of the package and initiate a return.
